By accessing or using ReplBot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ReplBot provides AI-powered chatbot creation tools. You can upload documents, train chatbots, and embed them on your websites. The Service uses third-party AI models from Google, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You agree not to: upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content; attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent usage limits; use the Service to generate misleading or deceptive content; resell access without authorization.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Message credit packs are non-refundable.
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not use your data to train AI models.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
