Account data: Email address and hashed password when you sign up.
Content data: Documents you upload and chatbot configurations you create.
Usage data: Chat messages between end-users and your chatbots, message counts, and analytics.
Payment data: Billing information is processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
We use your data to: provide and improve the Service; process payments; generate chatbot responses from your uploaded documents; provide analytics on chatbot usage. We do not sell your data. We do not use your uploaded content to train AI models.
We use the following third-party services to operate:
Your document content is sent to AI providers for processing. Please review their privacy policies for details on how they handle data.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Chat logs are retained for analytics purposes. When you delete your account, all associated data (bots, documents, chat logs) will be permanently removed within 30 days.
You have the right to: access your personal data; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your account and data; export your data (CSV export available on Business plan); withdraw consent at any time.
We use industry-standard security measures including: encrypted connections (HTTPS); hashed passwords (bcrypt); secure token-based authentication (JWT); Stripe-certified payment processing.
The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service.
